Jianjing Consultation is always passionate about corporate social responsibility and care for those in need.
Upon the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020, we donated RMB 100,000 to each of three hospitals (the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University Medicine and Taizhou Enze Hospital) to support the frontline health workers in their fighting against the epidemic. Meanwhile, we kicked off several activities in Covid-19 control and publicity. Our employees donated over RMB 100,000, which were transferred to the Yiwu Association for Management of Construction Cost and the First People’s Hospital of Wenling. Our responsibility and care for the society in times of difficulty are manifested in these efforts. In addition, we actively respond to the national scheme on reducing targeted poverty and bridging the gap between the rich and the poor. In order to deepen the collaboration on poverty alleviation between eastern and western China, in June 2020, we visited Lanpu Village in Sichuan Province. Apart from cash aid, we gave professional advice to local households in poverty, in terms of growing fruits, vegetables and agricultural products and developing tourism and homestay business. This is our way of paying back to the community. In August 2021, we joined the “Picking the Pearls Up” program initiated by the Zhejiang Xinhua Education Foundation, raised fund for the needy students in the mountain area and motivated the middle school students. On the legal aid side, September 2021 saw us combating poverty with the farmers in Guide County, Qinghai Province. We donated RMB 50,000 to the juvenile delinquents in the reformatory for their healthier provision and better learning opportunities, and for regular assistance and education mechanism in the future.

After many years of active participation in foreign aid projects of the Ministry of Commerce, Jianjing Consultation has accumulated solid overseas experience. The key strength in our international business team is members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Leveraging the engineering consulting practice of Association for Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), our team is equipped with global capability, overseas experience and Chinese insight. Meanwhile, we follow the national call of quality development and the Belt and Road Initiative, and engage in international engineering consulting for foreign aid projects, international projects, overseas investment projects, etc. So far, we have involved in 497 foreign aid projects from 88 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, the Americas, Oceania, Latin America and other regions.
